Has anybody used the Novak 4 cell GTB with this motor? If so how is it working out?

Ih8Racing,

I run the E40 motor with the 4 cell GTB quite often. It seems to perform flawless.
I have run it in both pancar Oval and 12th scale road course.

the hacker motor is just about a carbon copy of a novak motor..i'm not sure who sold what motor first but someone copied someone..if a novak motor works with your esc the hacker damn sure will.

Kyle ... will there be the option to purchase the new back plate to put the removeable wires on an older motor? How about different length of wires for like 1/12 scale cars?

Thanks!!

The sensored motors are based on Novak's original BL motor design....

There is not a option to purchase the new backplate, The spacing inside the motor will change if the backplate is changed. This conversion would cost more then our exchange price.

If you want you can send your old motor in and we can exchange your motor for the removable sensor harness motor at our repair/replacement price of $53shipped to your door. We can only do this for 13.5,17.5 and 21.5 winds at the moment.

I believe all the sensored motors on the market were based upon a novak at one point in time.

Kyle -

Are the 17.5s you offer at aero-model.com the ones with the removable sensor wire, or is it luck of the draw?

Yes the ones in stock are the removable sensor plug at http://www.aero-model.com/motordetai...40&style=17.5T

I believe some of our online dealers have them in stock as well.
