Anyone running a Hacker 13.5 in 1/10th 2WD Truck?

I have tried SP and Novak, but considering giving the Hacker BL a try...

Default AS PER HAIR HELMETS REQUEST!

I ran the 13.5 Hacker in the stock class at the Cactus Classis this year. I geared it 25/82 in a Losi xxxt-cr. It ran alright, I TQed 3 of the 4 rounds, was the only "stock" vehicle to run 15 laps & then blew out in 2 of the 3 A-mains to finish 2nd because I'm too nice. I'm pretty sure that was the gearing & it never ran hot. The outside temp was probably 90 degrees or so. Only got out motored once buy my cheating friend who posts on here as iamcornholio! J/K hope this helps!

RBLove,

Which way do you turn the sensor end for positive timing clockwise or counter when looking at the sensor end of the motor?

I was afraid to try and force it, in the fear of breaking something, but I'll give it a try.

I was wondering if any one cut the tabs down on the e40 series. In a 12th they sit pretty high up and just wanted them to not interfere with anything. Thanks.

Counter clockwise = increases timing

Mike,

You can call the office at (480) 726-7519 and order them direct from us.
They sell for $29.99.

All places that sell the motor are able to order replcement rotors. You can ask your local hobbyshop to order you one if they dont have them.

hey motor was torn down.. and tested...no cheating..but that was one of those fluke motors...i run hacker motors as much as possible..they are as fast or faster than any brushless motor out there..and if you can put up with kyles since of jokes..well then..just kidding helmet..the customer service is top notch..and for you busdriver...just you wait...nothing like taking you out on the straight..lol...the new hacker motors for handout 13.5 at iic were excellent..and did seem to run cooler than normal...

Default Removable sensor harness

For all that do not know, for the IIC motors we introduced our removable sensor harness motor. These motors will be available for the 13.5T and 17.5T motors only. Other winds will follow.
