I have used both on carpet (Jaco Green and RP 30's) and I thought that the greens were more consistant with better grip (same set up, and track). I know that is not the answer to your question, but I give the greens "thumbs up"

i guess you can call the rp30 a 30 shore tire and the jaco greens are a 28 shore tire, so they're fairly close. i would think the jaco would have a slightly softer tire being a 28 shore tire.

i think this is how it works:

jaco yellow = 24 shore
jaco green = 28 shore
jaco blue = 32 shore
