Default Orion 4800 decal

I'm probably going to have to trim the decal on the top and bottom sides to allow the pack to fit in my chassis without it stopping the top deck flexing.

Can the decal be completely removed and the pack stay together, or will the case open up? Does anyone have a picture of the insides of the pack?

Yep, you can remove the decal. It doesn't hold the pack together. The halves of the case are actually taped to the cells. The idea is that if a pack swells, you'll see it right away since the halves will separate.

It's not uncommon to see the halves unstick from the cells. It's okay to gently squeeze them to get them re-stuck.
