what is the best combination for power/life in brushes. And do the standard springs on a Super stock type R motor cut it?? or are the better options??

which version of the Type R is it.. Open or Closed End bell..??? there are a few differences

I'm looking into getting them to the states for EA right now... I just need to know the general type prefered.AKA
RPM Standup
TQ Standup
RPM Laydown
TQ Laydown

because I think that they come in 50 per case..?? not quite sure about it... so thats 50 of the same type..
the Standup TQ and Laydown RPM would be my choise

Yeah, it's possible. My LHS has one on the way for me to mess with before TCS in August. I'll see if I can track down a source for you. PM me to remind me if you haven't heard something by Wednesday. (sorry, but I gotta be realistic... lol)

which version of the Type R is it.. Open or Closed End bell..??? there are a few differences

Its the original R. closed endbell. that limits the possibilities however are there any of tricks with brushes or springs I should know??

Dave, I totally agree with your choice of standup torque and laydown rpm motors.

EA, I think a few people from our neck of the woods(Asia) would try some of your motors.
