Everyone has their own individual opinions on each company from their personnel experiences.however i do agree that you could have posted a more intelligent post regarding your servos bad function.
I,m actually not a real fan of associated products but thats just my experiences of the tc4.But i give associated there due as they later admitted it was a mistake to release such a car.
Now the tc5 has been out for sometime and it brings alot of peaple fun and competitive racing....so good luck to them!! just keep it on your side of the pond though!!

Ya, we get all our associated stuff here across the pond free anyway, We just send it to to other countries to sell to keep the business goin
As for the TC4, darn good car, brought lots of chicks out over here in the kini's to race.
Anyway stick to schumacher, any more questions?

Here's an idea, purchase a servo thats up to the task of steering. Better yet, one with metal gears. A Futaba S3005 can be had for $35.

Yeah - I like Futaba the best IMHO. I'll need 2 get some HS/HT digital servos, esp for my RC8.

okay - all set. Just bought a Futaba S3050 to replace the servo I guess I trashed.

The bottom line is that AE spoiled me w/ top notch quality kits, and they can take a super beating. When the servo died so easily I just couldn't beleive it.

I got a good deal on the radio system; they threw in the AE standard servo and I walked out of the shop with everything for under 90 bucks.

So, sorry for the drama. It was kinda amusing tho . . .

Thanks for the replies guys

You didn't pay anything for the servo and you're still bitching about it? Seems to me you got what you paid for.

I said I got a good deal. And I will REPEAT MYSELF AGAIN just for you - I was dissapointed when the AE part broke - they're usually tough.

Next time, try reading the whole posts before you reply. Thanks.

Nope. All new. The bugger of it all is that it's much more better IMHO, to get a newer, stronger servo (read upwards) than to pay more $$$ on a warantee to repair something for a deal I already got. Even if the warantee is free, I'll loose out on shipping and handling. Plus I pay for return shipping. Right there, that's 1/2 the servo price from the getgo.

I don't want AE to take out stock on my paycheck!

PS - just blew my ESC tonight- yaaay! And I thought nitro was a money pit LOL

Just my luck this week heh

LOL - yeah exactly - but it was actually the original hex drives sparking everywhere I drove that caught the bush on fire

Damn gunpowder and sandpaper for lube on those, and no rubber Frog boots!
