I took every other pin that holds a pinion out of my current holder and drilled a small hole centered in the open spot on the sides where pinions were not mounted before. ( So I have pinions mounted on all four sides. ) This holds 20 pinions and has some over 50 teeth with room to spare.

I have the RPM cases like the ones above and I like my cases. With that sais I think Travis S's are very neat though!

I use a pill holder. Works great and you can get it at walgreens for about $1.00

..unless you get a HUGE one - the 50-65 tooth PINIONS are not going to fit in those.. LOL

I made a NEW Gear holder today to hold from a 30 tooth upto a 65 tooth

I used a 1/4" thick piece of Kydex approx 5 inches wide and 7 inches deep and it fits perfect in my tool box drawer. (Marked and Drilled so all the gears are pretty evenly spaced in rows, and used 1/8" pins to hold the gears.)
