Ok another 13.5 question??

On the Novak and I believe the Hacker can we run the motor with OUT the middle purple ring??? I've seen pics from the carpet nats without them, I guess to help keep the motor cooler.

Also can we run milled-out endbells to also help with cooling??

Thanks,

Great Scott! (Scotty B)...You guessed right! The running of the 13.5 motors without the middle purple ring gained cooling at NO COST. At Omaha, ROAR was listening on this no brainer.

If approved for the Reedy, we would all be compelled to go out and get our endbells milled at SOME COST. Or, would you be offering to do everyone's for free???

I like the idea; but, not the cost.
