Thanks.

I think the ESC has a forward and brake only setting so I will use that for racing.

I have orderd some GP3306S cells to go with it. All i got to do now is learn how to drive! LOL...

I agree, the BL motor feels similar to a 12T or 13T. Some say it feels like a 10T. I recommend putting in the new pulleys in the T1R. Your acceleration will be similar to a shaft car!

are the pulleys where the two belts join at the back? and do you have to get new belts for them?

No, the new pulleys completely replace all the stock pulleys. That includes the diffs, layshaft, and oneway/spool.

hey again. still deciding on what car to get. with the T1R if i bought it and i didnt put the pulleys and i race against tc3's and evo3's would i get my arse kicked(this is in 540).becasue with my pro 3 i am getting beaten.is the T1R a better car than the pro 3.and any idea what rollout i could put on it. could i get over 40, cause i can drive i just need the speed(not bragin or anything)

umm, the t1 r, or evo2 FOC will be competitive against the other cars n e ways, i run stock with an evo 2 at castle hill, and dont get smoked just because of the "rip" from teh drive train.

Bradd vercoe ran, and won a few races in 540 with an evo 2, without the pullies, so they arent that bigger deal.
