Default Help Ctx-d2 error!!

I had an error that I can not clear on the discharger.

States "Install Error Remove Battery" however this occured when battery was not in the discharger????

I unplugged it several times and soon as it powers up the error appears?

Any suggestions before I send it in for repair.

Thanks

Jamie

I had that happen last summer when I accidently installed the battery backwards.

You'll need to send it in.

I had the same problem with mine last year. Luckily, it was still under warranty, so it was fixed for free. Took about 3 weeks round trip.
