International Grand Prix March 27th-29th
 

Hey guys/gals,

Just wanted to let everyone know that there will be a 10.5 brushless touring car class available for this event. This will be your chance to showcase your driving skills against some of the countrys' best drivers. The information below is taken from the nitro thread but applies to all entrants. Make sure and get your entries in as this even is sure to be a blast!!

I'll have an updated entry form to reflect the 10.5 class posted very soon. More details will follow and if anyone has any questions please feel free to PM me.

2nd Annual International Grand Prix
Homestead Miami, Florida
March 27-28-29

Homestead RC Raceway is pleased to announce we will host the 2nd Annual International Grand Prix again at the famous Homestead Miami Speedway. This event will be for .12 Sedan Touring Cars, 1/8th Scale 4WD Open Cars and 10.5 Brushless Electric Touring cars.

At the same time Homestead Miami Speedway will be hosting the season opening race event for the Indy Racing League called the Speed Jam 300. The support events will be the Rolex Sports Car race and the Indy Pro Series car race. This is going to be an action packed, wild and exciting 3 days with full scale car racing and radio control car racing happening at the same site!

We will be following ROAR rules for weight. You can run ANY speed control and ANY 10.5 brushless motor. LiPo's and NiMh are both allowed. We will be running a handout tire and it will be posted on here soon.

IRL Speed Jam 300 Homestead RC Raceway cordially invites you to attend the Second Annual International Grand Prix.

This event will be held on the same days that the full size Indy Racing League Speed Jam 300, Indy Pro Series 100 and the Rolex Sports Car Series Grand Prix of Miami will be held.

The track will be set up inside the gates of the famous Homestead Miami Speedway, very close to the main entrance where tens of thousands spectators will enter.

***All drivers, pit persons, family members and friends will need a general admission ticket to enter Homestead Miami Speedway each day.***Tickets are $30 each and will allow you VIP entry into the Speedway from 6AM – 9AM each morning, preferred parking once you enter, and grandstand seating for all the Homestead Miami Speedway events, including the exciting Saturday night IRL Speed Jam 300. Please specify how many tickets you will require. Race entry fees are $30 for the first and $20 per additional class.

Yes this was a fun day for racing seeing all does people watching R/C Racing ..This sucks don't have deep pockets have the state race iwo days in a hotel then off to Seabring(American LE MANS Series) for three days to see some real Onroad racing then come back and try to go to this wish i could
