I hope HPI thinks that eye candy does not only sell a car. Purple is nice but does it do the job? There are only a small handful of Hara`s running around you know

Exctracted from Team Orion site's
"Round 3... the sun is shining down from an absolute blue sky and it's actually feeling hotter today than during the previous days. The track temperature is now up at 42 degrees celcius, electronics and motors are quite hot, but no yet cooking.

Chris Tosolini, David Spashett, Barry Baker, Massami Hirosaka and Shinnosuke Adachi all making 22 laps. What about Surikarn and Hara ? Surikarn did not finish because of a broken car on lap 10 and Hara chose to retire at lap 6 as the setup changes didn't work well, so in order not to use up another set out of the 3 allowed tire sets during qualifying, Hara chose to retire early.
This means that the overall standings after 3 rounds has changed drastically, up front is now Chris Tosolini who had a perfect run in this round, but even faster was Barry Baker who put in a fastest time so far, 22 laps in 308.98 seconds.

Qualifying results after 3 rounds available here.

So with 3 qualifiers left out of the 6 rounds the 4th round will be vital, as only 3 out of the rounds count. Stay tuned for round 4 and more exciting racing."

I think if you want to make a point (surcastic or not) you should first read your homework!
Yes, he is 21st after 3 rounds BUT there 3 more rounds and the best 3 rounds only count!!

So, if you do the math and substract the worst result so far the standings is as follows (i did the first 30)

TOTAL
1 Barry Baker 151 155 306
2 Atsushi Hara 153 153 306
3 Chris Tosolini 152 153 305
4 Surikarn Chaidajsuriya 150 155 305
5 David Spashett 150 151 301
6 Massami Hirosaka 148 152 300
7 Jillies Groskamp 155 143 298
8 Sinnosuke Adatchi 147 150 297
9 Billy Easton 152 144 296
10 Mark Pavidis 148 147 295
11 Joshua Cyrul 144 149 293
12 Paul Lemieux 146 146 292
13 Andrew Moore 142 149 291
14 Masayuki Muira 141 148 289
15 Jukka Steenri 143 143 286
16 Mike Dumas 140 144 284
17 Craig Drescher 139 145 284
18 Niels Koenekoop 137 145 282
19 Teemu Leino 140 137 277
20 Jonas Andersson 135 139 274
21 Hideo Kitazawa 134 136 270
22 Marcus Lubke 137 129 266
23 Simo Ahoneimi 138 128 266
24 Jean-Marc Betticher 132 133 265
25 Andreas Myberg 129 135 264
26 Matt Francis 124 140 264
27 Thomas Pumpler 136 127 263
28 Takuya Ito 122 141 263
29 Todd Hodge 125 134 259
30 Curtis Schlaht 135 117 252

Finally, please wait until the end of the qualifying rounds and then send your flames againt any driver!

have fun

Nick
