ok...i understand....yhe pro3 doesnt have such a good reputation with the racers....it has some flaws.....but if it isnt that good..howcome it is leading our championship (probably is the driver)and the first time i raced it i came 2nd place in mod and the best ive ever done with my yoke (which ive had for over a year) is 4th or 5th (probably 5th)...maybe cause the mr4 wasnt setup...cause it is a good car too..
---------------------------
question to daniz24 or anyone who can help,
have you noticed the play/slop on the bottom king pin....cause i shime all round...the rear is slop free.....but the front has even after i shimed it..i noticed the bottom king pin screw litteraly moving side to side ....is this common with the pro3's ...or is it mine...

spaz,i went to the track today...the car was perfect.. also i changed the wheel base length whilst shimming up the rear ...i made the wheel base shorter (by puting shims on the rear of the rear arm ) that made it improve and also the reduction of the slop has helped too.... i ran against a friend of mine..he is a fast tc3 guy at the track....the cars where pretty equal....he tried my pro3 out and he liked it....
the king pin thing...ive tried shiming that up too.....but that didnt work... anyone got idea's?

Mr4 is the king pin thing a big deal do u think.
im ganna try adjusting the wheel base at the track this week. i also noticed some play forward and back in the rear hub carriers after shimming it to the specs in the directions. is that normal.

spaz, after shimming mine i have no play at the rear....i calculated i put 1mm in the front and 3-4mm at the rear of shims... and i have no play at all (well just some but thats the arm flex...i dont think you are reffering to that....? )
about the kingpin thing...i think that it isnt that good...should be sorted out...anyone!!? got any idea's?

You already know where the play is in the hub carrier(between the flange pipe and hole for it in the hub carrier) Fill that gap with epoxy. Thats all that needs to be done.

to fix the front slop on the bearings.....get a q-tip with more CA (super glue) and rub it around the inside of the hub..let it dry put the bearing back in and you should have a nice tight fit...
