Did your subscription possibly lapse? You don't have the "Tech Elite" logo under your name.

Now we found why it's come off the tracks--YOU'RE the one.

EDIT Apparently I'M one too...mine has disappeared. Hmmm. More RC Tech torture

My Mac at home is a bit slower than my work computer and I cant even get on at home at all anymore...

I hope the powers that be (I.E. NEW OWNERS) are paying attention to this. Even though most of us only pay $2.99 a month I think we should be able to have a site that will actually load for us to use.

I feel like my $3.00 is just buying one of the new owners a pack of smokes instead of reinvesting it in this awesome site.

I got fed up with it for local race track talk so I created my own site for Ohio race tracks. That way I can at least find out about race times and stuff.
Did you write the forum on ohioracers.com?

Hey chaps, listen up. This ain't no whine and dine on the corpse of a dead animal.

This is a plea for its resurection. I love this site and wish to encourage the new owners to keep feeding our passions.

Shane created a fantastic archive of RC car history, he prolly never thought of that in the early days. Never the less, that's what we're seeing choking to death here.

So let's get the good vibes rolling for the new owners and encourage them to upkeep the system, at least as good as it was when they took it over. No doubt, that must be pretty much their motivation anyway as it is as they say 'good business'. It's not like they're a Fox network, buying up the system in order to lower the quality of life and destroy all reasonable communications between one life form and another !!

This is a great site! I think a clean up of older posts and dead threads is in order.

Maybe possibly the bandwidth has been decreased on the server end also.

I have been on this site for almost two years now. It seams like the ownership change brought on the slowness.

What bothers me as much as anything is that the new owners seemed so eager to help and to communicate when the changes were announced -- they posted about how they would "be there" for the forum's members...

Now there is this great silence...

I understand technical issues during a transition -- I don't understand not communicating about what they were doing (or going to do) to "fix" things...?
