speedworld has lights as well.

what used to be a bad ass track is only going to get better in the coming weeks...

bigger, freshly paved track surface.
longer drivers stand with a roof over it.
re-surfaced pit tables (with elevated shelves for chargers).
and as always, some of the fiercest competition in the country.

It would be nice to have a race like this in the heart of the country. So more of us could attend. Having races on the coast leaves many of us out. But we do have lower housing cost here

We already have just that. Its one the level of any of the best facilities in the US. The only thing it doesn't offer is being next to a Casino or a Tropical Paradise.

I'll be working har to get some major races at this location hopefully one day we will even have that international draw that realy spices up the competition.

That would to WAY to cool to have reedy at SWR

It should be, a brand spanking new track, and everything else, and theres hotels around SWR, and places to eat nice and close

I hope SWR can get the Reedy Race. It would be nice for the brand new surface broken in by world class drivers.

+1

then i can actually watch the race since its still in california. there's more than enough things to do in northern california (san francisco, lake tahoe, napa valley, etc) to bring my fiance, sight see... and watch some world class racing.

Leisure hours raceway is an amazing track. Just build the onroad track right before last season and its extremely smooth surface and they hosted the Byron's fuels race last summer and it was a total hit. They are getting the race again this summer and its going to be an even bigger turn out than last year.

Great track and centrally located and alot of hotels just miles from the track. I believe it has lights too

Do they have many people running electric classes at their regular events?
