Default Much More CTX Problem - Help

Hello, i have a ctx charger and it gives me a error with all power supplies, input low volt, what can i do?, is there any reset buttom?, have someone this same error?, thanks.

Great Planes is now the exclusive distributor of Muchmore products. You can contact Hobby Services at Great Planes for repair information. I don't have the phone number right now but you can go on TowerHobbies to get the info.
