How well does the front suspension work? I just picked up an RC Indycars Spitfire chassis for F1 and their front suspension is very similar.

Front suspension works great. We have been using it on the Rev.5 for a long time now, and the WGT car handles great with it.

OD, nice! Now I gotta clean up my car...

Very cool. The only difference is on the Spitfire front end there is a dual end link on top instead of a 2 end links stacked. But, that gives me rebuild options if it ever fails.

Thanks,

John

Exciting news from Bruce about lipo support for both 3.7v and 7.4v 1/10th scale:

http://www.teamspeedmerchant.com/news.html
http://www.teamspeedmerchant.com/LipoCars.html

I really like the concept of using two single cell lipo batteries in series to make a 7.4v Outlaw car, or a 235mm car. I think I might need to go buy a new Peugeot 905 235 body.

Ok folks it's that time of the month to meet up at Crystal Park Raceway. If you have debating if you should go and take your pan car out of the closet, well make it this weekend. Bring what you have, lets just have fun. If not enough pan car guys show, will be put in with a touring class so don't worry about not being able to participate. If your driving skills are not up to par, well mines are not up to par either just having fun. Remember unfortunately next month we will not have a meeting at Crystal Park as nitro racing is going on and took our spot. If you still cannot make this weekends race hit me up if you can make it any other weekend for some bashing/practice time and will meet up.

Here is the flyer for this Saturday's race so bring your pan car, touring, nitro.

One of the nitro guys I see at the track running an electric touring car

Just got the car, and was wondering if there's a good starting point for carpet, particularly IIC.

I'm glad someone has just posted about this car, ordered mine at the weekend and is currently flying it's way over to the uk, can't wait!

I'm going to be running 1s indoor and outdoors so does anyone have an outdoor set up too.

How is the weight of the 1s affecting the handling of the car?
