I know that they are getting some pan car racing going again in Cali (I think its more NorCal) but if you head over to www.rcracing.com there is a discussion about it and I think they have a race series going right now for 235mm and 200mm cars

Hey SMcpot, where in socal you located? Once I decide which 1/10 pan, which I to am leaning towards the Gen X 10, I'll be at Crystal Park in Compton with all the nitro guys, really no other choice, but the guy that runs this track gave me the ok to run electric. I already run electric on there off road track. Maybe a good spot to practice until something comes up here in socal for the gt10 class.

Crystal Park's local to me and the track's great, but I'm not too sure I'd want to put a pan car out there with the nitro guys I'm thinking about checking out Bending Corners in Orange...ever been there?

And thanks for the info, trackdesigner....I'll check it out.

Standard tyre combo for my carpet track is Grey front and Green rears. You can try white rears too.

I was over in the CRC GenX10 thread and looks like there are a number of guys waiting to get their hands on that one just like the DB10R (apparently 12 guys at this one track but I'll believe it when I see it) so we could be looking at some good numbers right off the bat

Carpet, with medium bite. Asphalt setups to come as soon as Scotty gets the parking lit racing going.

Nah, looks like about 14 actually.

We are quite excited to ship the Gen-X 10 starting later this week. Production cars will be in action in Canada this weekend. We will have cars running in both 200 and 235 mm versions. With all the flexibility in this new ride, I am sure it will meet the needs of many onroad racers.
