When did this car come out? Was it ever a good car for oval racing?

I think maybe four years ago, it was very competitive. Actually if you're looking to pick one up used, you can get it and then get one of the more specialized conversion kits for it. I'd recommend the ADX aka Autodynamix kit. It's much more tuneable and the ADX team offers THE BEST support available.

Associated just came out with the RC10L4. If you ask me it looks pretty sweet, and I don't even like LTO.

Do you think it would still run if set up right with the L3 and L4's?
I dont have very much money so I am trying to buy what I can afford for oval racing.

The LTO chassis from Associated is as competative as the newer version of the kits. You could also add the IRS parts to it if you would like, a bunch of the parts will cross over.
