also just as an FYI for gearing I ran 38/100 with both the front and rear tires cut to 2.10. it was probably a tooth or two to high but worked out great

I'm gonna have to come to Florida so I can run a few passes with that thing. Very nice indeed....

Thanks guys. I have been working on it for a few weeks and planning for a few months on what to do. I am going to fabricate a nice Ram Air induction system on it using the Halltech Venom cold air intake. Corsa exhaust and American Racing headers are going on next. By that time i will hit the track and race some RC again.

Wow did I miss the roll out.

Thanks for the help Saturday Jason. The DB10R runs as solid as it looks. It's balanced, has plenty of grip and was easy to drive. Now I just need to make time to race and get some wheel time.

Is the only way to get a BL motor in the car after it is built to take the pod apart? I wouldn't have a problem with this usually but two of the screws were seized in the pod and made it very difficult to get it apart. I was finally able to get enough screws out that I could swing one of the plates out and get the motor in. I got this car second hand so, that why the dumb question. I've got a motor in there now, but I was wondering if I missed something or not.

The LRP and Novak motors will fit in without disassembling the pod. SpeedPashion motors are much longer so you will need to remove the left pod plate.

Thanks Jason, that's basically what I did. One screw in each plate was seized so I took out all the others on the left pod and just swiveled it out of the way. All I need to do now is pick up a couple ballstuds to go in the servo saver and I will be able to enjoy the true beauty of this car.

Jason, earlier you said you run 13.5 4cell with a 80mm roll out. What kind of track was this on? I'm trying to figure out where to start on a 128x72 outdoor asphalt track. I'm running a SP13.5 and SPGT speedy.

TIA,
Jon
