I use RP36 tires whenever they are allowed. We run CS27's mostly in FL but the RP36's are faster and stay fast longer. They have more steering and they do not get greasy late in a run on a hot day like cs27's can.

They were run at the 2006 On Road Nats at Speedworld and people really liked them there.

my opinion is the new jaco pre-mounts will take over.

Thanks for that Joe, do you happen to know what inserts they have in them?

Thats a safe bet as Take Off seem to be gone and Jaco's are available at a great price. They need some tweaking of the compounds though. We just had a state race where they are the new spec tire and the Jaco Blue's were getting roasted in one run...in cold weather. It going to be a mess in summer when the tracks here top 150*F.

With Take Off gone Sorex will be the best tires. 28R for carpet and 36R for asphalt.

I know Schumacher USA has RP36 premounts and I am buying as many as I can afford per week until they are out.

I know that they're thin, and I assume mediums...cause that's what they feel like to me. They have some "bag" to them...asphalt-type setup.

Take off isn't selling tires anymore?

I normally have them on Schumacher Revlite rims in 36 with C medium or B medium inserts.
