hi
I have a e4 sedan, can you tell me that it parts I need to convert it e4 rs (503199/503211/503232/503207/503221 and 503231)? thank olivier |
I purchased the special edition one with the aluminum tray and pulleys etc. Is there a reason people are trying to switch to the rs? I figure mine as well buy the top and switch out the parts as they go out? Just trying to figure it out before it gets here. thanks guys

To take a great handling chassis and make it undrivable is ............ a waste of good money and material. I'll buy it from you so you can get a HPI or Tamiya. |
It's HIS money to waste; leave 'em alone.

I got the E4 Limited Edition rather than the RS or the FS converted to rubber. They are basically the same but the RS has a few changes over the E4 like the top plate will accomodate a hard case Lipo whereas you have to grind down a couple places and raise the top plate 1 to 2 mm with the E4.
It looks like the E4 Limited Ed. comes with a 2.5 chassis and 2.0 top deck. Does anybody who is running the Limited Ed. feels that this is an advantage over the FS with the thicker chassis ? Thanks. |
Racing on asphalt with rubber tires, yes. Racing on carpet with foams, no.

Sorry, should have added that I'm rubber on carpet.
My guess from how it handles on asphalt is that it will be fine on carpet as well but will need a stiffer suspension set up and lower ride height. |
Well i know i am a newbie with the car but when i get mine i will be heading down to my indoor track. (carpet with rubber tires) and i will chime in. i see people are using ascociated springs with their retainer clip. will xray work?
