Maybe Take-Off can replace the missing chemical with the tears of rubber tire racers around the world.

Just goes to show you know FA about rubber tyres. Why don't you get back to racing on foams, and leave proper racing on rubber tyres to people who know what they are doing. 99.9% of electric TC racing in the UK indoors on carpet and outdoors on tarmac is done on rubber and Sorex is one of the most popular.

Sorry the Take-Offs are far superior in my opinion.

Prob. the Sorex 28 which really sucks. I'm getting about 16 runs on carpet then their pretty much trash. Side walls blow out and they come unglued within 8 runs often times. I just ordered some takeoff 27's...seems their still around.

I am not sure if you are talking about the sidewall tearing or the glue job, but if it is the glue job I know that the premount Sorex tires are not glued by Sorex.

I cant fault the sorex 24 premounted, I've used 1 set for 4 meetings indoors, TQ'd and won the last round and no problems with them ungluing, not heard of anyone having that problem either. They havnt felt like theyve gone off either as I set my own fastest time on them at the last meeting too.

They'll be good for club racing outdoors for a few meetings after the last round indoors too I reckon, talk about value for money
