235mm 4cell/19t, gtp body: 9.5 seconds

For comparison the fastest sedan 19t lap was 9.9 seconds and 1/12 17.5 was 9.5 seconds.

Both 235mm cars were RC10Ls, and the 200mm car was an RC10L3T.
You guys were running 10.5 not 13.5. Now i know why i was going slower.

What was you roll out Jrrc? (i have it now thanks Jrrc)

Tim, your right, my mistake. The lipo/6cell cars were running 13.5 not 10.5.

Should have read:

235mm lipo/13.5, gtp body: 8.9 seconds
235mm 4cell/19t, gtp body: 9.5 seconds
200mm 6cell/13.5, gt body: 9.3 seconds
For comparison the fastest sedan 19t lap was 9.9 seconds and 1/12 17.5 was 9.5 seconds.

BTW.... the 235mm lipo car was running a BBR Mazda GTP, the 235 4cell car a PF Peugeot LMP, and my 200mm car had an HPI Saleen S7. My rollout with 6cell/13.5 was 56.3 with a Novak 13.5. 31/96 with 55.5 tires. In the first round I had 34/96 and thermaled. This was the fourth full race day on the tires! Maybe one more left. This class is going to be great!

Cunning.

Who is testing these cars now for you and where? Just wondering... Pro10 is cool and was looking for info and background on this design.

Cool...Your profile says you were in the Rangers for 20 years. My friend is a big time Ranger guy and was wondering where you served.

Hey Nexus,

I am testing these cars, where I work in the back of my fathers warehouse we have a track setup. there are 8 to 10 of us that show up for club racing, and testing and just about having fun.

This car started out as a MLP-X10 Viper and MLP sent us 4 cars and with the changes Marty and I have made over the last 12 months we have the final design, Now!

yes I served in the US Armed Services for 20 years. 8 years as a Ranger.

But I will not go into my personal life here that is none of anyones business but mine. respect it please for i would yours.

As I do not know you or anyothers here like that we will just keep it like that ok.

I'm getting some new foams to replace my old wheels, thinking about rc4less or jaco. which compounds are recommended for unprepared asphalt?

Double Pink front and rear is what we run on asphalt. If the grip is low run them big (~2.3") is the grip is high true them down (~2.15"). This for Jaco and RC for Less wheels that are small diameter.
