I have used both CRC lube from 5000-30000 wt and Kyosho lube from 20000-50000 wt.

Would hope that their 20000 wt and 30000 wt rated lube products are basically the same...I cannot tell...LOL

Can say that I have not used anything lower than 20000 wt for WGT 1S ramped racing lately. That's for both asphalt and carpet tracks. Only used 50000 wt. for IIC and Carpet Nats after traction got high.

Remember someone fast posting that they had used 10000 wt in one tube and 20000 wt in the other for a major race to get something in between (15000 wt?). Have not tested doing that myself; but, definitely interesting.

A-Main Hobbies has front/rears listed as being in stock; but, their current pricing is for you to decide upon.

Default Asphalt Setup

Depends how much traction your smooth asphalt track has; but, here is what I ran yesterday at Nor-Cal Hobbies (good traction). Took TQ and the win.

You can add steering by deleting the items that indicate reduces steering.

Car starts on 56mm CRC WGT Spec tires. Car is at its fastest when tires wear down to 52mm. Alternating fronts and rears side-to-side keeps their heights close to the same. And alternating two sets of fronts (on-and-off car) to one set of rears keeps tires to approximately the same size throughout their lives on the car.

Specific questions?

Bill

I'll let you know how mine goes this Sunday. Being a fatty with 2S lipo and weighing in at about 1140, i'm trying harder front and side springs to try and square it up faster. I have a feeling some of my issues previously were the car getting to the end of suspension travel and digging in. Oh, and I drive like crap!
