CRC great job trying to bring back this class along with a great looking car filled with everything you need. I believe it is a great idea and I hope this class takes off. I can not wait till the car is released. This is going to bring me out of retirement. Thanks CRC and you have a new customer! Keep up the push to get this class going again.

Like this car, I used to race a TRC Pro10. Fast car, nice design. Anyone knows how much this car is?

Team CRC quote
"We will have some new cars (our new 1:10th oval car as well) on display all week at the Snowbirds. The car should street price at under $300 and be available around March 1."

Looks like three makes a class, I'll be pre-ordering one tomorrow.

Here are a few bodies that Serpent makes that will work.

Wicked Chassis Frank!!! The car's awesome, and with all the new offerings in this class, hopefully it'll pick up momentum. I'm fully in favor of 235mm GTP bodied rockets. 7.4 LIPO, 3.5 brushless anyone?

Andy - Make it four...I can see getting into one of these instead of a shiny new $500 touring car! Would be a great class to run outdoors too. I also like the idea of 4 cell packs...easy on the wallet as well as equipment.

So true Fred. I remember guys ran a class of those one year at the Lansing CRL race for exhibition. 10 of those on the track running on a mod TC chassis was hilarious.

Denney - I plan on putting a layer of chassis film on mine right off the bat just in case we get a track this summer. I was thinking Lipo 13.5 outdoor, 17.5 indoor.

These bodies are pretty ugly on a Pro 10 car. They were designed to fit over a nitro sedan with tall front suspension so they look funky. I tried a 200mm Lola on our car once and it was just too ugly to run it.

Frank and Dale Epp's idea to make this a GT/Exotic/Supercar/Daytona Proto/Leman Cup body class is much better. I hear Dale is working on stuff for these cars right now.

Maybe after showing it off on the track I could get a few more guys into it I wonder when Jason at BMI is going to release his car..?
We(the manufacturers) are all working together on releasing the cars around the same time with the same specs and price limit. There are many manufacturers that i spoke to at the snowbirds that are going to join in. I got a chance to see franks new car when i was there and it was really nice. We are really trying to do this as a team effort to revive a class that couldnt really take off before. We all needed to support this effort to make it work. The enthusiasm shown by all the manufacturers makes me very sucure about the success this class will have.
I spoke with frank a little while i was there along with others and we all really have the same goal in mind. We want to bring the 1/10th onroad back to where it should be. Fun and not kill the wallet.
I gotta say though, I have been in the R/C business for about 6 years now and all of the companies on board here really do care about the hobby. They are a great bunch of guys and want to help keep 1/10th onroad alive.
