The only thing that I heard was that Scotty was showing the way in stock sedan after round 1. Sorry, I don't know anything else.

I'm not at the race myself, so no, I don't have any pictures this time. If anybody IS at the track and feels like sending me some, they'd be welcomed.

Yeah, we all know it won't count unless you're there Rod.

DavidAlford: If I connect with Brad tonight, I will try and ask him.

I just wish that the race directors had updated to the newest Autoscore version (the one that Mike Boylan ran at Snowbirds). It can do an easy dump of the standings to a text file; the older ones can't. When I was at the Carpet Nats, I had to enter everything by hand. To say that it wasn't fun was in itself a gross understatement.

It's hard for me to believe that people can run races at the Nationals level and not provide up-to-date info. Not to toot my own horn, but without R/C Tech, there wouldn't have been any online coverage of the two big electric ROAR races this year, and there was no Reedy coverage at all. In an ideal world, I could make it to every big race myself, but unless somebody sponsors me or the site, that won't happen any time soon.

On the other hand, I guess it's easy for me to sit here and complain, since I'm not doing the race directing either...

Round 2 is over at the track. We are waiting on the official re-sort before we post anything.

Like the Carpet Nats, these Nats are using the Q-points system rather than "regular" heat organization. Racers get points equal to whichever position they finish in for a round, and then take their best two scores to come up with their main position.

The only thing I know for sure is that Scotty Ernst finished 1-1 in Stock Touring car, so he will be TQ in the A main unless somebody else goes 1-1 tomorrow.

The other thing I heard was "the SoCal guys in Stock that are here are way off the pace." Guess you guys should have gone to represent, eh? haha

Did Chirs Tosolini have some trouble in round one? He ran a very fast practice round...any updates on the Yokomo guys would be cool!

This is the best site for race coverage...thanks to all who work hard to provide info!

Hehe, no skin off my nose. I already won that ROAR national title...

It'd be nice if some of the local socal guys who weren't there would give me some props for it instead of saying "well, we weren't all there"...

*shrug*

Don't hate
