I would have to agree on the Tamiya slop in the suspension and steering... but i wanna know what you guys are doing to your poor cars to be breaking them so often! I have broken ONE arm on my TC3 in the past year, and it was a left rear arm at that! I even competed at the Snowbirds and didnt break anything there... Seems to me it would be unfair to judge a racecar on breakage, if the purpose of a race car is to go fast around a track WITHOUT hitting walls. Seems to me the real deciding factor would be personal choice... and parts availability. The breakage factor would decrease the more you stay on the track... no matter what you drive. Other than that... drive hard and stay clean!

TRF Racer,

Didn't the guy won 1st yamayam cup 2003? And also Surikan won Thailand Reedy Race Modify and Stock with EVO 3.

In regards to the Hong kong International Open, which year you are talking about? Are you talking about the May 2003? I think it is the SD that took 1 and 2.

I would like to know how much does the alum gear box wieght compare to the original.

I am waiting for the Center Shaft unit from Tech Racing for EVO 3.

One of the things I have not seen posted was the tweak problem that the TC-3 chassis has.Where I race at the track temps often get above 150 to 160 f. The TC-3's that I have owned the chassis get tweaked after 1 or 2 runs, say what you want to but it wont change MY mind on it.I'm not the only person at this track that has had this problem.

you asked the question about the spur gear in the evo3 thread and they answered it! its not the spur its the front oneway gear.
you should go back and check because they explain to YOU how to get around(if people are kind enough to give you a answer you should give them the respect of reading it.). its not even a problem anymore because there are about 4 or 5 ways of stopping it strip. there are no problems with the EVO3 it is an incredible car! buy one and you will be nothing short of being very very happy!
and thats kiwikids evo3, it sure does look sweet!
