Steering Servo Choice Help
I am building a Xray T2 and i am getting all new equip for it. Alongsdie a full Spektrum DSM2 set up, i want a steering servo thats quick, accurate and pretty much balls to the walls. Any suggestions and or advice for specs, torque, etc to look for in a servo?
I race rubber/carpet - mid bite.
Thanks!,

Low profile for space two servos, futaba 9550 that is being replaced with a newer one soon, and a KO 2413. Those are the two that come to mind at this time unless you go to a standard size servo then you have so many choices.
Hope that helped.

I've got both 9550 & ko2413 and there virtual no difference in performance and reliablity. Both are great servo's.
9551 will have more torque than 9550, imho get one of those if you can. Otherwise try pick up a cheap 9550.

After seeing a buddies Losi with the Futaba BLS451 i have to have them for my cars.
They are absolutely awesome and amazing to watch return to nuetral.
and for the price and longer life are a definate option.

Anyone got any opinions on the Team Associated DS1015 servo? Seemingly identical to the Ace DS1015?
Cheers
