Considering I started this thread I will give my answers:
What is your most preferred Drift Car? Xray T1
Do you prefer Shaft or Belt? Why? Shaft even though my T1 is Belt
What tyres do you use? PVC, ABS coming soon
What motor do you use? 15 double, sometimes 21 single

its personal preference at the end of the day....i have drifted a tt01, tb02 and a ta05.....tb02 is ma favourite since my 05 is new and still havent put the good electrics in and the fact that the tb02 has 350+ of hop ups.

i know alot of ppl who use the ta03 and the yokomo drift packages.(4got chassis name) and the sprint 2.......shaft is probably the best on an unprepared surface......coz u cant get the gears all mashed up......whilst on a prepared surface....belt could be better

tyres.......i use T-Drifts which are great......and motor is up 2 u......

Yeh I do like the Tamiya electrics also. I have a few myself. I like the TT-01 and even the TL-01. Both so easy to drift with the right setup. I created the thread just to see what people use etc. Cheers, and thanks for your reply

Yes your right, but all you need to do is put in a drift motor, change wheels etc and you can drift it.

hi, i prefer Belt drive car, d power output more consistent. shaft car tend to gv more torque only.

i prefer s400 chassis as it's come with front Spool and rear Diff which ez to do long drift action ....

or u can get a Yokomo Mr4tc to drift. this is a very old car but can do very well in drift too...

after u got a car, grab a ABS tyre or drift tyre , set d shock to most softest and u will b redi to drifting ......

Hey there, do you put the front and back soft springs? I was told its best to have back hard and soft front.

I use same spring, oil and piston mostly, the geometry of most cars make the rear suspension feel firmer anyway.

I like belt drive best, i would like to see some one put out a drift platform that is actually different then what we get now.
