Brushless will sweep everything. Lots of people will complain. And a fun time will be had by all.

Actually, I believe he stated it will be ROAR approved as ROAR received it this week for the evaluation process. It will be available in plenty of time for the Carpet Nats per the rules. (you guys made me call Rick to clarify what he did say before I posted this ... LOL)

No motor is ROAR approved until it goes through the inspection lab and then posted on the ROAR approval list found on the website. We have split up brushed and brushless motors.

We (Reedy/LRP) were informed that because the 10.5 does not fall under the stock spec type rules, that their legality was based on the legality of the modified motor it is based on. So any 10.5 version of a legal modified motor is OK.

The Losi motors aren't out yet, that's why you can't find them

Jesus, 5:04a.m. Matt were you out howling at the moon and just going to bed or waking up?

On a more serious note.

I'm Racing Rubber and I only have an older non-pro 13.5 with sintered rotor I added. I wonder if this will be legal?

Is there any ruling on sticking weight to your lipo battery? Can it be servo taped to the battery or does it have to be attached to the chassis with screws or servo tape?

Thanks,
Paul
