Crash is Steve Ashby, locally know in Nor Cal as Crashby hence Crash. It sure is a good thing he don't drive that Caprice station wagon of a land yatch he's driving all the way to Omaha like an rc car, they'd never see their gear.

I think Crashby probably has the longest drive one way, but I got a great kitchen pass and am leaving at 5:00am on Friday and will be in Omaha late Monday nite.

Just have a regional race in Billings Montana between Fort Collins and Omaha. I'm dragging another racer with me along with stuff for two others who are flying in and out from Omaha.

Man do I have R/C racing BAD!!

IMPORTANT ANOUNCENT

In an effort to fill the 300 entry limit for this race registration will reopen for 48 hours at 8:00 pm PST today 3/6. If you wanted to go but aren't because you thought you couldn't get in here's your chance. If you know someone that wanted to sign up for this race let them know. Once reg closes at 8:00 pm PST Saturday night that will be it. Come on guys ..... the goal is 300, lets make this the biggest ROAR On Road Carpet National in history. As far as I know 285 is the record, Stockton '06, that's the mark to beat.

Please remember that entries are confirmed on a first come first serve basis. There are 13 spots remaining to be filled. Of those 13 we can only accomodate 2 more 1/12th Modified entries. As this is being done at the 11th hour my advice if you really want to insure your entry you'll need to pay via paypal. Good luck and we'll see you all in Omaha in less than 5 days

Just talked to Crashby...Except for me, no one here is ready to turn over their stuff to him. So, he might not mind doing an extra 1000 miles your way to fill his station wagon to the roof for Omaha.

He wanted to know what kind of vittles you would have for him???

I saw a couple tiny dirt clods on it the other night... I about cried!!

New boards were going up yesterday!! I tried to get Tim to put up new soft barriers to save my car in crashes but he wouldn't do it.
