Default motor spool up time ?

how do you get your motors to spool up quicker? I have 3 motors (stock) that spool up in the 3.5 sec range. the rest spool up in 5+ sec. so how do I make my 5 sec motors spool up quicker? (brush, spring, combo) any ideas. or is it just the way the motor was built? any ideas. thanx

HARDER SPRING ON POSITIVE SIDE AND SILVER BRUSHES OIL ON OILLITE OR BEARINGS AND DROP 1-2 TEETH ON PINION ALIGN THE HOODS AND CLEAN MOTOR PLAY AROUN WITH SHIMMING THE MOTOR SO THAT IT SITS RIGHT IN THE MAGNETIC FIELD AND CUT COM .RUN IN ON 3 VOLTS FOR 10 MINUTES THEN RACE
QUICKER SPOOL UP MEANS LESS RPM
