TFG, he can cut it to 1000 as he has no Ford badge on the grill, so therefore, he is half way there to show that he is not driving a Ford Fiesta, a no name more like it, ......OK, 900 words then....

I'll keep it really short.
It weighs less than 2000lbs. It's a rebadged Mazda 121, so the Mazda B series engines fit. I installed a larger B series engine. It goes like stink and still gets 40mpg, and has a habit of embarrassing the local Honda kids.
What more could I want? (besides safety, comfort, a/c, sheet metal thicker than a pop can, decent brakes....)

3 Tony.....when are these new bodies going to be released???? What price range do you think they will come in at??? Can you order direct form Blade...or will they be available at RCMART...etc???
Also has anyone heard of any more bodies being released by HPI for their new chassis.......would be a benefit to us Tamiya Lovers

OK, the Blade Racing bodies were pretty damn awful, but what about this sucker?

224mm wheelbase, 175mm wide, which makes it almost a dead-on fit for an M03M! Well in theory anyway.
It's a Kyosho Nissan March off the Spada 09L Nitro car.
Maybe it's just me, but I'm SOOO sick of the Swift that anything else would be a welcome change indeed!

I had an interesting experience running minis tonight. I usually run two classes (mini and TT-01) at my club. Tonight I only took my TT-01 as I had other things I needed more time for between races. As it turns out, the club was a little slow tonight, so I borrowed one of the club minis.
It's box stock, friction dampers, kit tires and all. The odd thing was that it handled like a dream. It was even better with dry tires, than with traction compound.
My mini's all blinged out with all kinds of tuning applied to it, and it doesn't handle as well as this one did. I've got more punch out of the corners, but otherwise, this straight up kit mini kicked butt.
I think it's time to simplify.

That's cause I set it up
!!!!
I'm really starting to think that on our smooth carpet track.....you really don't need the oil dampers at all....my TT01 is "railed" running friction dampers....I think it's more important to get the right inserts....and springs
