Bolink had the Bandito, the Bandito 2 (special team car both using independant A-arm suspension and dampner tube shock) and then the Eliminator. I forgot about the Renegade which was before the Bandito and was during that 12L era. Most of the cars with the rod front end either came from Delta, like the Phaser, Super Phaser or the Spyder, and then TRC also used that same front end on the Pro-12, I don't remeber Bolink ever using that type of front end.The white batts look like the SAFT P-180, some hot batts from MRP that made those C100 bodied cars fly. Not sure what the 180 stood for but it sure wasn't the maHr rating.

Just going thru a draw of junk I found a fax from Jan 22, 1990, from a young Bob Stormer, about "It's Twister Time". Care to comment Bob. LMAO

Thats a very nice off-roader, I hate to admit it, but its a little too new for me though. LOL

I'd love to see one of the Tamiya sand scorchers or the beetles, maybe some of those AYK bisons, maybe even a COX scorpion tub car. My first off roader was a COX dune buggy powered by .049 motor, I still had it till I put it in the dishwaser to clean it, come to think of it, back then those where almost like sandblaster ovens more than washers, anyways, it no longer was after that.

Bob are you going to Lethbridge? I can bring the fax, maybe a little more info, its got Mike Reedy on it and "ballistical horsepower".

Yeah I was thinking that too when I saw his name pop up at Cleveland, just too cool.

Anyone have a original Delta Autodrive electronic speed control, the one with the single big can transistor and the red kydex case held togeather with tape? That would be one for the museum.
