I believe the normal Evo 3 has been discontinued. However the special edition(I won't even attempt to spell the "S" guys name) is still available and dosn't have the problems that some encountered with the normal Evo3.

Parts available for both car's in the lhs's near you?

I'd go with the T1R. Its cheeper and having much much more success at my carpet track. I also know some people who have not had a very good time with the evo III and are now running T1R's or the shaft yokomo. But to get some more information on this subject, I would do a search on this subject. I can think of atleast 2 other threads I've talked on with this exact same subject. It gets kinda old saying the same thing several times, I know I don't have to give my opinion on here, but I like too, now I'm just talkin to my self . You would get a lot of information by checkin out some other threads on this subject.

If you do want to go with an evo III, get the special edition one.
