Exclamation TRF Dampers - can't find the info needed

What are the specific differences between the Special Blue (49355) and the Flourine Coated (53571) TRF dampers?

Thank you.

True enough.

Someone on here must know the differences between the two.

I have both, the blue one on my 415 and the greyish one on my EVO4, they both have the same design, and as far as i know it's only the colour that's different.

Do you want to build a Bling baller or a slick sleeper?

Haha. No bling.

All I have found to be different is that the blue ones have a ridged cyclinder cap and aluminum spring adjuster. Both have flourine coated cylinders with two or three holed pistons.

However, I have heard but cannot backup/confirm that the blueones have a special TRF piston and flourine coated shafts.

Thanks. However, I have a specific question regarding the two stated as I only have immediate access to those ones. I appreciate the info though.

I'm new to all this but I have a set of both so I can tell you what I see as the differences!

1) The special blue ones are obviously annodized blue (duh!)
2) The flourine coating on the blue ones is actually a blackish colour vs. the grey colour of the others.
3) The shock shafts on my special blue dampers are a gold colour which I assume means they are Ti Nitride coated while the other shafts are just a silver colour.

I don't know if it makes any difference but I certainly can't tell the difference in feel between the two. Personally I like the 'bling' of the blue ones.

Hope that helps!
