Talking Carpet with Foams.

Ran my second week with the 7Even on carpet with foam tires.
Our carpet has real high bite, so I had to stiffen the car to stop it
form traction rolling.
Finished 5TH in the A Main. 3 of the guys had the new Sanyo
3000HV with 9X1 motors. They were quick and lasted the 5
minutes (guess it is time for me to buy some new batteries)!

If anybody is planning on racing at Cleveland, I will post my
setups shortly. This cars has gobs of front steering and is
very responsive... I like it!

Happy Holloween all.

Hope everyone had a frightening good time...

che- Glad to hear your doing well. We run on carpet with rubbers only. We also run mod in 4 min. The motors used here are in the 9 down to 6 range.

Hope to have a full complement of 7even racers this next outing. Remember there is strength in numbers.

Default Centre One Way?

Peter,

Did you mention that RC Lab is developing a one way?
If so, how long before the production release?

Che

(centre oneway that is)

The 6.0 Pro ver. 2 comes with a front one way instead of a ball diff. I would say that if you have the first gen of the 6.0 the one way is a option part. I got my 7even from www.mdiracing.com, and I'm sure that they have a lot of the option parts for those cars.

Hey guys,

I'm back.....
Che ..Caddzilla is right..about the frt one way diffs. There's 2 types of frt one ways. The ones that comes with the kit is a super oneway where as the other one is a light weight oneways. It's an option for stock or mod drivers to loose some of those weight.

Mytxx.....
Halloweennnn..lots of kids..My door bell almost burnt out.

Monsoon...

Default Centre One Way

Yes, I know about the front one way, I am inquiring about the centre one way that is under development.
Chrisman, I remember you mentioning about the RCExpress compatibility, but I cannot get those parts anywhere around here...

Hey Che,

oh..I c..My apology..
The center shaft oneways are from the Xpress pro. It's a little tough now to get them.Since the LHS is not carrying the Xpress cars anymore.Try talking to them and see if they might have one lying around.Or try matching one up maybe from a Hpi or Kawada. As long it fits on the center shaft,it'll work.Maybe some one out there have one.Just got to try harder.

Jzone,

That sucks........ take care of your self.Go see a doc .Get some medication. We'll not be the same without you in stock.Try to be there..but 90 % that's too high..50 /50??...
