Should the date the batt was matched be on the stickers
Should the battery matchers be including the date that the cell was matched on the stickers???

I have been puting the date my cells are matched on since around May of 06. We were one of the first to do so. Ours reads as follows:
FM010108 That would be Final Match Jan 1 08. I think it helps the consumer's feel a LITTLE safer knowing that the pack hasnt been sitting around for a few months after it was matched.

Good question. We were the first company in the industry to put a "release date" on all of our cells starting back in 2005. It's often said that imitation is the best form of flattery.
I believe many of the battery matchers today are putting matched dates on their cells. And that's great because the consumer needs to know as much as possible about the products they purchase.
