Horizon is pretty good but only had the Mustang (listed as "Mach Racer") when I checked the other day.

yeah I just really want the 70 camaro SS body. Horizon has it listed but on back order. I sent them an email about when/ if they would get them in. I found Pegasus hobbies in california and called but man they are the hardest people to talk to. On hold for 20 min...passed around to 5 different people, none of whom could tell me if they had the bodies and/or were the same people. I felt 10% dumber after I finally hung gave up on them and hung up. I have some friends in california. Im gonna see about maybe getting 1 of them to go see for me.

Here are some 'Cuda links - do a search on AAR Cuda or Trans Am Cuda for more:

I posted this thread in the Michigan Indiana forum:
http://www.rctech.net/forum/showthread.php?t=225057

What a blast! Most of us are running 27brushed, but a couple of us would like to go 21.5brushless w/ LiPo. We are sticking to the rules on the VTA site.

Hey guys, yes we had a blast running the vintage classes at the HPI Challenge this past weekend!

We wound up with 14 VTA's and 16 NVTA's

There are some pics on the bottom of this page....

http://www.hpiracing.com/news/2008033101/

We're looking to use your USVTA guidelines for an upcoming eXpress race at Jackson R/C on Saturday July 19th, if anyone close enough wants to come.....

The #88 car is my son's car (which won Vintage Concourse) and the #77 Cuda is my car...if you want to see more pictures of the cars, you can see them here: http://bodiesbybean.com/gallery.cfm?partyid=33

I can't wait to run another Vintage race

I will admit to being lazy, and not going back thru the thread to look, What is the baseline fdr for 4 cell/17.5 cars, I might get a 17.5 and try it. I found out last weekend that I don't care for a brush car

I may have to just post this on EVERY page of this thread, because no one seems to want to read anything...

Again, from the previous page...

Gearing FDR recommendations:
27t brushed/4-cell: 5.4 - 5.6 FDR
17.5 brushless/4-cell: 3.5 - 3.7 FDR
21.5 brushless/LiPo: 4.2 - 4.3 FDR

There is an excel spreadsheet around here somewhere that will help you figure your FDR depending on your car and spur/ Pinion.

It might be easier to put it on the official website... I look at that about once a week...
