Thats almost as many new drivers as we already have actively running it. This formula just WORKS !!
On another note I wanted to throw out a huge THANKYOU to Carl Seils. For those that don't know, Carl is one of the folks who make killer decals for VTA cars. He's currently working on a car I'll use strictly for display at car shows and other events we can promote the club at. He's been extremely patient working with not so great reference material to re-create a winning car from the Trans Am days. Quality work from a quality guy. If you need decals, he's a great choice for the job.
I bought a sheet of his "Go Fast" (as i call them) stickers and the quality is insane. Ive never seen quality stickers like these.

Has the track been converted back to a road coarse? I would love to come out this weekend but my VTA spedo, motor, tires, wheels and body are in transit from Stormer and A main, and I still need a LEGAL battery. With the hours that I work there is no way I can have this thing up and running by the weekend.I know that we are shooting for the 4th of next month.

well i finaly finished reading thie entire thread and i am excited
trying to get vta up and running at my local track, the track is unused by any local club besides the drifters now and then.
looking at following the vta rules but allow Aussie late 60s early 70s bodies as well.most of us above 35 know a lot of the U.S cars as mustangs, camaros etc raced here.
here is a couple pics of Aussie cars for those not familiar with them.
Also great job you guys that started this vta and are keeping it going with close/even racing.

EDIT. for some reason i cannot post pics in this thread (but can on other threads here)

I can dig the Aussie VTA series being Aussiefied. You should definitely do it according to cars that raced in your actual series at that time. And use right hand drive interior trays.

What turn motors are you guys using? And are you non turbo timing esc's?
Have got two Plymouth Cuda bodies coming..ohyeahhhh.
