What part of the Trans Am circuit allowed the Pony cars and porches ETC to run together in real life?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tn0OOSQPXT8&NR=1
Plus these endurance races look cool!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jPW1Z...eature=related
Could this style of racing and cars ever be incorporated into the VTA races for special events?

Lynn

Thanks Doug.

Thats scary if you knew that off the top of your head. I went scrolling through my fonts looking and was sure that I had that, but I never found it.

A triple main is just that you run three heats that are all considered mains. Your performance is measured by points just like a series. You place according to who has the most points.

Rocket round quals I am lost on too.

I can get close with Clarendon, but not exact. I could recreate the number using Clarendon as reference. What do you think?

E-mail me at : [email protected] if interested.

No seriously guys, it's Bodoni Poster with a 75% horizontal scale on it. Carl, if you don't have the font, I can send it to you...

rocket round is where your fastest single qual time counts

ROAR usually use qual points so you get points for how you finish each qual round and the sum of those points determines final qual order

I'm a typography nerd. I designed my first typeface in college 18 years ago.

Doug, thanks for the hint. I have 25,000+ font installed in my computer at work. I try not to memorize them all.

I do have that font though.

Thanks

Looks good... track 'em tight.

There was a time when I could tell you the name of just about every font by sight. Too m any out there now to do that with, and as I get older, it's harder to pull those things out of my head. Sometimes it's a pretty good challenge, though.
