Thank you and back to your normal posting programming....
ROAR=any ROAR 21.5, any treaded tire/wheel that fits the dimensional spec (in other words HPI only, but the new tread tire may be legal), any esc, whack the timing up as much as you want on the esc. 21.5 lipo only for most races.

Difference would be...

Roar is open to any 21.5 BL motor (Not just Novak)
On the ESC, there is not a SUGGESTION about how to make the faster car slower to have a fair race, race what you got with a final Drive Ratio limit of 4.2 I believe..

Everything else is the same.. Treaded Tires, 4WD Chassis kits, Bodies, etc...

Up here it was great. we ran an 8 car amain and it was a blast. I think I had more fun with all the various cars on the track even though there were some pretty good collisions with me not winning out on most fo them

Fun stuff for sure.

About the driver figure... can anyone post a pic of one of the figures attach to a body (Inside of the body)
If is possible of the two brands that Rob K mentioned that produce the figure ( One is from Associated and the other one that I can't remember the name)

Trying to identy which of the 2 fits better in a mustang

Thanks

Here's one made by McAllister. Someone mentioned this before. It's not perfect, but not bad.

My quick racing recap...

Turn-outs in VTA have been a bit lighter on Friday nights locally due to a new track opening in Indy. That didn't prevent some good racing in the A-main between the top 2 cars. I had a great battle with the leader for most of the entire main. I had a slightly faster car, but not enough to make a clean pass. I decided that I was going to keep the pressure on the leader and hope that I could force him into a mistake. We were nose to tail numerous times, but never touched. He would pull ahead when I would make a minor mistake, but I was a bit faster and would catch back up. Unfortunately with 2 laps to go I misjudged where a slower car was and unded up giving a second to the leader, which is what he beat me by.

This was the most white-knuckled, intense racing I've ever had in VTA. It was also the most fun I've ever had racing VTA. My hands were shaking for 5 minutes after I was done racing. After talking with the winner, he mentioned that I was forcing him to have to alter his line some to hold me off. I was altering my line to not take him out and force him into a mistake. He knew that I wasn't going to take him out, which made the race that much better for both of us.

I am lucky that I race with many drivers who have mutual respect for each other on the track.

thats sounds really awesome .....hey what are you guys running as far as rules...I would love to come up a weekend and race with you guys....Ive re-tired my TC3 this weekend to focus on the TC5r....it put in TQ and overall 2nd place...it would have ran 1st start to finish, but I decided to start in the back off the straight to see how hard I could push the car....it was and still is the best car for this class...ended up catching the leader and 2nd place racer about 8 laps to the finish....passed the 2nd place guy up to challenge for the win...only to have time run out...lost only by .985 of a second followed by 3rd.....

Keith Kincaid 34 8:02.091 13.627 13.679 13.745 13.880
Myron Kinnard 34 8:03.076 13.403 0.985 13.588 13.682 13.773
Donald Martin 34 8:06.708 13.529 4.617 13.593 13.676 13.810

pretty close by my book
