Thumbs up

the new novak 21.5 should be available to use in VTA. I just pm'ed the KING to ask him.
I would be cool to see it even go into roar racing because the old 21.5 dont have the detachable sensor cable.

I'm hoping that as the SS motors are phased out, the Ballistic motor will be able to slot right in without problems. I'm going to try to find one when they are generally available, for testing.

BOOM!

We will be having our big annual race soon which includes a VTA class. I am putting together a document to help the checking for legal bodies. I just spend an hour searcing for pictures of the three Pegasus Hobbies bodies.

If anybody has them could the post pictures or direct me to where the pictures are?

Thanks.

honest ??????? all the fast guys seem to favor the other bodies(not HPI)...is there a hook to this that we HPI body lovers missing...even at the USVTA NATS, Brad J. was one of the only HPI bodies in group #1...but he did win..lol

but even when I travel the local fast guys seem to all run other bodies?

Most of the guys here in Dayton use the HPI bodies. I think the the other bodies are lighter and that's why most "fast" guys like them.

HPI bodies rule in my neck of the woods. I think it's an availability thing. What's carried locally.

The "other" bodies are more popular in some parts do to the makes of cars that they offer. Some guys just like the looks of some of the other bodies not offered by HPI. Yes the Pegasus bodies are much lighter and seem to hold up better from my experience.....plus they are cheaper as well. So you have many factors into the reason some places see more of the "other" bodies at their track. For me personally I like the looks of the Pegasus mustang over everything else.....if HPI made a 70 mustang I would rock that one too. Brad J wouldnt put a Ford body on his car thats why he didnt run one at the nationals....

I hadn't seen the Pegasus 1970 mustang before, but that is very nice looking! Our track (Tiger72 & I) has digressed into the all-HPI-Camaro track. I hadn't been too impressed by Pegasus' 1970 Camaro body, but I may find myself running their Mustang body next

We have about 3 of our top 6 drivers campaigning the "pegustang" here in Indy, They do seem to handle very well on our tight track, and are durable as all heck. I've run the same one for atleast 9 months. And they do look great.
