Small track. 17.5 1/12th NIMH 6.0s, Stock 17.5 Foam Touring 6.2s, 17.5 Rubber Touring 6.8s, 21.5 Sports Car GT Class (was Vintage but we opened up the bodies but still using the Vintage tires) 7.3. Those are fast laps when the track is in higher bite form. On low traction days the times slow about .2-.3.

Probably not. I don't like vintage very much to be honest. It's just something to do local rather than letting the touring car chassis set there doing nothing all summer.

What tire glue are you guys using? I've tried the regular thin CA that they sold at the local lhs but someone told me to use the Losi ones. Are they all the same?

How was your VTA racing this past weekend?

Indoor carpet saw 12 cars at Indy Slots in Indianapolis/Beech Grove. Top 4 drivers were close in lap times and were each running different speed controls. I was able to hold my own with a TC3/Havoc/21.5 combo and came in 3rd.

Outdoor parking lot saw 11 cars at Hobbytown North in Indianapolis. The layout was a good mix of speed/handling, but it really came down to who could drive the tight parts of the track the best. I made a few too many unforced mistakes and finished 4th. Even heard a comment from one driver that they finished their worst, broke a few parts, and had their best time ever racing on-road.
