HPI makes products for more than just the VTA Racing organization. Not everything or for that matter anything is specifically made for VTA racing.

Its just that certain products were adopted for their desired characteristics.

In the Chicago area, the place to run outdoors on Sundays with TA is Strictly Raceway. We're regularly getting 15+ TA cars.

What more can be said about VTA racing? It's close, it's fun, it's a whole lotta fender banging fun!
I'm not about to spoil Ray Murray's fun by spilling the beans on his latest race, but this picture should get the suspense building.
How cool is the on-car-cam?

Default Hobbytown USA Indianapolis North is VTA racing

Now that Hobbytown USA in Castleton is in their new store (bigger and brighter!) they are also going to be able to start R/C racing again!

http://www.indyhobbies.com/Hobbytown...FlyerCOLOR.pdf

Starting June 7th, they will be running outdoors in the front parking lot. Its a really nice protected area where they say they will be able to get a 60' x 80' track in place, maybe larger. At the old location, the parking lot was not usable out front and the area they could use around the corner wasn't too great.

Follow this link for a flyer that you can download that gives you the details. There are some printed flyers available at Hobbytown too:

http://www.indyhobbies.com/Hobbytown...FlyerCOLOR.pdf

This is is an ON-ROAD course with several different classes including SLASH class!

Call Bob Cordell if you have questions @ 317-845-4106

sounds better than the breakout ideal you mentioned. based on our avg. laps should be just under 5min for the qualies & 11.5-12 min. A main.

Can't wait to take Battman's money!

I totally agree that this looks like a great class for newcomers, and having FUN

The slower the cars, the more likely its going to be a closer race right to the end. Nice to see the older looking shells.

And yeah, the tyre warmers look a little sneaky

Here's our results from last night.

HobbyPlex Raceway Summer Series

Seven cars is actually an OK turnout for us during the summer.
There are a LOT more that run here during the winter.
