Do you really feel like it was the ESC that made the differrence. Was the battery about the same? Did he warm his up. It was VTA so Im assuming you were both running the Novak 21.5. Was anyone running ceramic bearings?

Just wondering if the ESC can make that much of an advantage. I think the SPX would be a great choice, but now Im leaning toward an RS or a GT.

The GT particularly? I have heard it said that the RS makes a big diff as well.

NO...you would be welcome with open minds....most of us love the old school muscle cars...we have seen Novas and Chevelles and Vettes and everything in between.....incl my Bird...we want to have fun on the club level...so our "RULES" are a little loose...if it was a main event race..rules are posted to meet that race...and most of our "FAST" guys are running VTA all the way... so it really just help guys enjoy the different bodies....

I like the Havoc 21.5 Lots of power in my oppion I just set my Minium Drive setting as high as it will go and put some timing into the motor Lots-O-Power everything else is in your driving and set up. Novak Havoc 21.5 best performance for the price $149.99 cant beat it

The point i was trying to make was that he kicked my butt with what some might say is not as good of an esc. I don't know what he did to his stuff but it was not straight line speed that beat me by any stretch of the imagination. He was fast in every area of performance.

Hmmmm Corrrnerrrr speeeeeeed ! I guess thats the perfect Zen of RC racing isnt it?

You know right now I have a Yokomo thats equivalent to a TC3. Its got a 27turn that wont get out of its own way. I bought a hacker 17.5, but now Im thinking of just going ahead and running lipo 21.5. I would like to have some power. I know thats not going to make me a winner. But it sucks to get passed on the straight and the guy standing next to you ask's if your battery is dumping. I guess I could save the 17.5 for an RCGT car. What is World GT running for power?

Is it true that Schumacher's slogan is now "Wait'll we get our Haynes on you"???

BTW, Mr. Haynes, when you come by The Track in Gaithersburg, MD again, YOU'RE MINE!!! I been practicing on sniping people's cars and having "board meetings" with them.

TIC...TOC....TIC....TOC....TIC....TOC.... winter is approaching soon...

I need information. I have a 68 Camaro tires and wheels. But I need to
know what chassis to use? motor, chassis setup. I hear TC3 is good
and TC4? I am just getting in to Vintage Trans Racing. Where would
I go to find TC3 & TC4 chassis? Thank you TJHill
