i will try the setting #2
there is no bearing banding on my axial
the car sound verry good when i'm driving verry silents

the motor timming is standerd on B do i have to set the timming between B and C???

For sure you run too high timing on the motor, which can cause excessive heating to both the motor and the speed control. No extra power is generated, just "evaporetes" into heat...

Most guys with Orion (or other Feigao based motors, such as SP,Trinity,GM,etc) have the timing set to somewere from middle of "C" tab to in between "C" and "B". Having it in the centre of "B", as you have it now, is definitely far too much with our speedos.

Decrease the timing and try again, I'm very confident this will solve your problem.

sphere cannot use SP motor with timing 2...it's make d esc hotter n also ur battery also hotter....sphere 2007 is reconmended to be use with 5 cell with 3.5r n 4.0r....using 6 cell will cause thermal cut or worse to worse esc blow up...
