The new LRP charges any lipo battery. The CTX is only good for Lipo rx packs and transmitter packs since it only charges Lipo at 1amp.

Have been using MM since it came out, its definitely grate charger, of course 1amp lipo and noisy fan are negative sides, but otherwise, it will do all what you want.
Set long lockout on 20 minutes and for ever forget about false peak.
MM is a good choice if you wont need to charge LiPo race packs

But pulsar give a stable temperature at peak.
I check it in the same pack.
The most important is the result in race.
Simple, no need to attach the temp probe + volt out mode for mtr break in.
But since I charge AAA batt for mini Z.
Pulsar gives more punch significantly.

This is my own opinion.
Both chargers are great.

lol how does a charger deliver more punch? both charge exactly the same way.

only difference is the way it delta peaks.

The MM has finer incremental delta peak setting so as not to overcharge like the LRP does.

but i guess a.hara, m.reinhard and a.Moore dont require any punch when they race

end of day both are great chargers. MM is better for NIMHs, LRP is better "allround" charger
