Looking at the end bell, the stock timing is . o . with the o being the screw, advanced is . . o (open screw holes to the left).

hi paul big fan. its nice to see a professional that is so friendly. my question is how can i get my car not to flip over. i have a 007 and run rubber on carpet. i have tried your snow birds setup but it just flips over. i like a lot of steering so how do i keep it from flipping with out losing steering. right now i have a spool in and it seems like the rear is rolling over the front when it flips. i also have the carpet us chassis is it just to stiff. please help.

Paul,

Will your race ready NT-1 beat a Jato in a drag race? Also, what is the top speed?

does mod touring use the same motors regardless if they're on foam or rubber? for example: if you have an asphalt/rubber car with a 3.5t brushless and want to run carpet/foam or even carpet/rubber, would you run the same motor? of course chassis setup would change.

Xraysteve: Hi, Thanks for the kind words.
Which snowbirds set up did you try? because if it is my foam set up what you are saying makes scence. maybe try my vegas set up from last year, if you were to start over their i think i could be more helpfull. sorry i couldnt be more help right away but work with me for a while and we can get it squaired away. Thanks

Beavis: Im pretty sure it would, I think she thraps out around 60.

J Pow: just in case if it has been a while since someone told you, You are the man.

Low ET: It depends.
If i had to go to any race today here is what i think i would end up running.
Foam/carpet: 4turn, 6cells.
Rubber carpet: 3.5turn, 5cells.
Rubber asphalt: 3.0turn or 3.5 5cells.
5 cells will be hard to make run time with.

Kropy,EA: I wear Gongs. (guy thong).. lol

hi hope you did good or are doing good at the winternats. i put the set up of yours from the Vegas race. the track i race at is to small and tight for the one way. i swapped it out for a spool. the car was loose. so that's was nice. something new. i stiffed the front shock up to 22lbs. i made the wheel base as long as it would go and took the rear sway bar off. the car is still loose on and off power. can you give me some things to try. i change my set up almost every run just to see what something will do. so if you could give me several things to try that would be great. thanks
